Survey Digital Photovoltaics, a 100% owned company of Dr. Kostis Danielidis, deals exclusively with photovoltaic parks with the logic of "one stop service". The company internally provides all the services required for the implementation of industrial-scale photovoltaic parks, accounting support services, real estate, licensing, bank financing, design, supply, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, as well as cumulative representation on the Stock Exchange Energy. In the area of project development, the company is developing a project portfolio of approximately 600MW, most of which projects have received environmental conditions. The company has issued letters of guarantee in favor of RAE/ADMIE from Alpha Bank and Optima Bank, totaling €24.6 million. In the field of project construction, the company closed 2022 with completed 30 projects with a total capacity of 14.5MW, but also with newly signed design, supply and construction contracts for 76 projects with a total capacity of 62MW for 2023 (with a backlog of €42m) . It is noted that full EPC contracts were signed for all 84 projects, i.e. contracts that include the entire supply of equipment for the projects. Construction of all new projects will be completed by the end of 2023. In the operation & maintenance sector, the company has signed new contracts within 2022 for 68 PV plants with a total capacity of 84.28 MW, bringing the company's total operation and maintenance portfolio to 183 MW. In the field of Cumulative Representation, the company has received from RAAE a license to represent RES producers as FoSE for 500MW and has started trading on the Energy Exchange in October 2022, having signed representation contracts for a total capacity of 230MW . The company's scaling is achieved by making the most of a highly reliable and tested quality management system (according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018), on the basis of which new staff are trained and take up their duties in minimum time, ensuring that the company's service quality indicators remain at their maximum. Therefore, the company closed 2022 with a permanent staff of 50+ partners, but also with a very strong network of subcontractors nationwide of 100+ people. Finally, Survey Digital Photovoltaics has been certified as a Great Place to Work (2022 & 2023) company, it has been certified as a company compatible with Action 7 (cheap and clean energy) of the SDGs by the United Nations, while it received the award in 2022 Bravo Award 2022 for the action of "Providing very cheap and clean energy to Greek Heavy Industry". Also, the company recently received certification for the compilation of its 1st ESG report, which elevated it to Sustainable Company 2023.
